Rockfax Description
A direct line up the tall west face via some thin wall climbing and unhelpful rounded cracks - one of Dartmoor's hidden desperates. Climb a thin crease to the wide horizontal break then tackle the technical rounded cracks to another break under the final bulges. Finish up through the bulges, first right then left. © Rockfax
UKC Logbook Description
Start ten feet left of Widecombe Wall, below a vague crackline. At the top of this 'slabby' wall, tackle the obvious central flared crack direct!
SDD guide: "An arduous route that bisects the traverse of Widecombe Wall. Start beneath a vague crackline some 10 feet left of the start of Widecombe Wall. Take the crack to the break, step right slightly and blast up the unrelenting, flared crack to a capping bulge. Grovel over this and finish rightwards."
FA. Bruce Woodleigh, Alistair White 1984.
