This is the area east of Mont Herault either side of the large landslips below the fenced section of cliffpath. There are a couple of stacks of the grey Perelle Gneiss, and a pair of leaning walls of orange Icart Gneiss and black diorite intrusions. Not in the Alan Hill guidebook, but in Gsy Trad. Tidal.
Scramble eastwards from Mont herault from about 1 - 1.5 hours either side of low water or westwards from the Carriere Torode at slightly higher states of tide. It is probably possible to do a monster abseil down the landslide (2 ropes or intermediate stake belay needed).
No bird restrictions, but seagulls and cormorants nest in the area.
