Rockfax Description
The centre of the slab is an exercise of both mind and technique. From above the right end of the overhang, move out left onto the slab. Climb the slab to below its final section. Move right and finish direct. No side runners in Ann's Agony at this grade. © Rockfax

βeta: I personally find it ridiculous that we actively encourage people to solo a route without placing gear, when it is easily protectable with side runners, and that we give this recklessness 3 stars despite the route bring an eliminate. We should encourage people to value their ability to walk and poop for themselves, rather than encouraging them to risk paralysing themselves for an ego boost. With runners on the right, then high on AA, it is still a bold and enioyable E1 5a. Without side runners, it is an E1 5a solo. | βeta? | |
