Despite its elevation and NE aspect, the steepness of Buzzard's Roost means it is often in very good condition. The best routes are found on the Main Face, distinguished by the awesome prow of Divided Years (E9), which has almost as fearsome a reputation as The Sheugh (S).
Allow 1 1/4 hours for walking in via Carrick Little Track.
