A large expanse of slabs on the west side of Goatfell about 250m in height. The slabs are cris-crossed by the routes and the face is seperated by two grassy rakes.
The slabs are best reached up the hillside from the Glen Rosa path in about 2 hours from the road head.
Around half the photos show routes that are on Cir Mhor, not on the Rosa Slabs or South Slabs. Cam Forrest - 22/Sep/14 |

These crags would best be named as in the SMC guides, as they are quite separate, i.e.: Goatfell, Rosa Slabs; and Goatfell, South Slabs. Cam Forrest - 22/Sep/14 |

You beat us Gavin. My records say I was there with Don Moger on 25/7/2002. I agree with you it is a superb route but one h** of a slog through the heather up from the track.Worth it ! Philip Simms - 24/Feb/05 |

If this is the crag that contains Blankist, HVS 4c - which I think it is - then it\'s worth a visit. Perfect granite, long run-outs, and only two hours from the road(!). May is a good time to visit the island. Blankist is a superb route, and a relatively new addition to the crag. Gavin McGrath - 08/Jul/02 |
