A recent addition to the burgeoning stock of Tai Tam climbing locations and here the routes are short but energetic on slightly overhanging granite. The wall faces east so expect some shade in the morning but direct sun from midday onwards.
The crag is accessed from Sir Cecil’s Ride that contours along the hillside above the crag. Take a taxi or private car to the very end of Mount Butler road and continue uphill along Sir Cecil’s Ride to where the road crosses a stream, adjacent to radio masts for the Mount Butler Radio Receiving Station. There are parking spaces for a few cars slightly further along the road`. The crag is accessed by following the stream downhill to a series of hand lines then a short scramble down to the crag.
