Best Climbing Experience
Finishing a climb on the extinct volcano in Ardnamurchan and seeing a White Tailed Sea Eagle fly past about 100ft up closely followed by two Golden Eagle. Old Man of Hoy, a last minute overnight trip and watching the sun setting through the crack between the two towers, abbing down in the dark and finishing a bottle of whisky in the Bothy. Seconding Plague of Blazes with Aidan, 3 grades harder than my hardest climb at the time. Scrambling up Lagangarbh and down Great Gully during lockdown and seeing a pair of Golden Eagles nesting above us. Taking the indirect route up Garadh Gully for my first ice climbing. Spindrift pouring down Finnisgaig Falls as we top out (Smoking the White Owl).
