Stunning lines breaching this 50m steep cliffs give some superb climbing. Known as "Esha Ness" on OS maps.
The rock here is a mixture of lavas, tuff (volcanic ash) and agglomerate. Mainly andesite, with mugearite around the Stuvva Cave routes.
Abseil descent for most routes. The cliffs drop straight into the sea; some routes require hanging belays.
