Mole Wall, La Congrelle Area, Guernsey © jimaye04
An impressive cliff tucked away on the southeast end of the L'angle headland. Rock quality varies and can be flakey in places. Most routes are non-tidal, and sheltered from southwesterly winds. A suntrap until mid-afternoon, swimming is possible in calm conditions.
Good topo here.
Best place to park is at the end of the track to the tower. This track is not marked on some maps, but is accessed by turning off the tarmaced road where there are some flat concrete slabs often hidden by piles of hardcore (broken rocks).
From the small square quarry below the German tower at L'angle head down to the seaward end of La Congrelle across tussocky grass, the crag appears to your right as you get to the end of the grass.
No bird bans, although seagulls nest at the top of the crag.
