Chon's transformation from competition specialist to outdoor boulderer is going sensationally fast. The other day, he climbed Asagimadara for his first, ~8C, needing only six attempts, and now he has flashed Agony, ~8A+, and made a second attempt ascent of Mineruba, ~8B+, after coming very close to flashing it.

Last year Chon won the Bouldering World Cup and became the Junior Bouldering World Champion. He is looking pretty good this season as well...
