Styal Country Park - child friendly

Has anyone any knowledge of Styal County Park in a Cheshire.... Is it child (ranging from 6 to 10 years old) cycling friendly?

Any info appreciated

I used to run through there when I worked nearby. Should be ok, some hills, some mud!
