Ravens nesting at the left hand side of the crag above Cassandra.
Visited on 22.5.24, having not checked on here. The Ravens nest on the left looked very old and as if it been battered by winter storms, most likely from last year we thought. No signs of any birds, have Ravens been seen there this year?
24.05.2024: I have recently moved within walking distance of this crag and have walked the dog through here regularly to monitor the raven situation. I have not seen any nesting ravens over the last couple of weeks and the nest is old and damaged, so am confident their is no nesting happening currently. Since ravens often return to old nests I am happy to monitor this come late winter when they build/repair nests.
