For the next three months there will be some days when drilling works are taking place. The BMC are not advising that climbers avoid the crag on the basis of this work, however they should be aware that there is a possibility they may be asked to leave. If this is the case please do so politely without complaint and let the BMC know.
The official position of the landowner remains that climbing is not permitted.
There is no indication at this stage that this is a precursor to any further site development. The site is currently managed by Derbyshire Wildlife Trust on behalf of Nestle as a nature reserve.
