Logbook won't update on iPhone but has done on iPad ?

As the thread title says.

I have tried logging out and back in, rebooting but still doesn't update.

No, as I guess I will loose all the downloaded crags by doing that ?

Hi rola. You're correct, deleting and reinstalling would lose all your downloaded crags so let's save that as a nuclear option. 
 

Can you send a support request from within the app so I can read the device logs that get sent with it. 
 

Go to the settings tab in the app, then help and support, then email us. 
 

When you say that logging out then back in doesn't work, can you elaborate on this for me? Are you seeing some of your logbook but not all of it?

Hi, I have signed out and back in. The last two sessions haven’t updated on my phone. They were updated in UKC as the climbs weren’t on Rockfax.
