Hi Does anyone know if Le topo du massif du Mont Blanc, TOME II (rocher) by Michel Piola

(the One with a pink cover) was ever translated into English. Or was it only available in French?

I've got that at home but can't remember if it's in English or French. I'll let you know in a couple of days.

I'm fairly sure that was never translated into English (whereas Volume 1 was.)

In reply to climber_Ken: I’ve got a 1986 Piola topo du Mont Blanc rock guide. It says inside the cover  its a first English edition.

That's the first Piola book, first published (in French) in 1985.

It was followed by an updated edition published in two volumes, and it's the second volume of that edition which is referred to in the OP.
