im looking on buying new climbing shoes specifically for pex hill in Warrington 

i currently own Scarpa Dragos but i feel these are too soft and i am looking for something harder with abit more edging capability for the small sandstone edges at pex

any recomendations?

If you like Dragos, try the Chimera. It’s the same shoe with an insert in the toe that gives good edging power. They work well at Pex. I was using a pair there yesterday, as it happens.

Alternatively, try a properly stiff shoe which fits you well.

Chimeras are a good shout. Personally I like a slightly stiffer edge, so wear Scarpa Instinct lace ups at Pex. Once broken in (which takes no time at all), they smear and edge excellently.

The Vapour S are a great shoe for Pex. Stiff enough to edge, but sensitive and able to smear well.
