Hi guys! Happy Friday

My Rockfax subscription renewed on 20th and when I log in to rockfax.digital, I can see the receipt and "your account is active".

However, in the app on my android, I see "your account is inactive" and I have access to no crags.

Steps taken to resolve:

Log out and in of app

Reinstall app and log in

Issue persists

Any ideas please?

I had the same, remove oneself from beta if in, uninstalled the app and logged back in and now ok.

Ahh yeah it might be that...I'll look for the setting, cheers!
