Crag features

Some pleasant boulders in the woods south of the village of Zeneggen, and nowhere near the sport climbing hence the separate crag!

There is a good PDF topo here: Zeneggen Bouldering

The rock is quite dirty in places, so a brush is useful for the easier lines, though now the steeper (read harder) lines have been cleaned, they are likely to stay that way.

There is some possibility of climbing in the rain here above 6a as the rock is overhanging and the trees provide good shelter.

Approach notes

Drive up to Zeneggen on winding roads from Visp (15-20 minutes) and continue through the village on the Dorfstrasse. At the end of the road you reach a bus turning circle. Either park on the gravel track behind the circle or on the corner by the residential buildings below the circle. Don't block access or the turning circle!!

The boulders are found 2 minutes up the track behind the turning circle. Where the wall on the right ends go a further 40m along the path and the obvious overhang of boulder VII can be made out through the trees.
