Fort Tryon Park in Uptown Manhattan has a pretty nice smattering of climbs, from the Traverse Wall on the main path to the fantastic Life is Beautiful Boulder just around the corner. There's also Faith in Friction a bit off the beaten path, along with plenty of unnamed and perhaps un-climbed boulders in the area.
Take the subway to 190th street. Walk along Margret Corbin drive and when you reach a rightward trending bridge, take the path on the left downhill and the Life is Beautiful boulder is on your left. The traverse bolder is slightly uphill along the same path. For the Faith in Friction boulder, head through the tunnel and when the wall finishes, head leftwards down the hill, the crag is visible on the left amongst the trees
