The Sarre Roof.
A huge overhang with many high level sport climbs. Almost like an outdoor climbign wall. Many of the quickdraws are insitu and the holds are largely manufactured/drilled.
Provides a weather proof climbing option in even the most torrential downpours.
Routes from 7b upwards really, although there are a few easier routes on the quarried side wall.
2 minute walk from the car. Be careful of the train track that comes out from the tunnel under the crag, don't lower your partner on to the track for obvious reasons.
