Diary: 13th July for 'Dale Turrell'

 Orgasmatron1 hr Evening. Went for a walk to check out thinking it would probably be wet. Cool boulder, removed a bivvy from the overhang. Brushed some bits then tried Sleeper. A few tries to get the first poor break then up to the big sloper which felt very green and slippery. Another yet and committed and did move to top and brushed and chalked the sloper. Repeated for a video. Had a few tries at Zelig (the arete). Managed to pull on and get left hand up onto flat of arete and stand up on left foot but wasn't keen to commit any higher as getting darker. Tried Better Than Sex, after a bit figured out high left foot and balancy big stand up. Lots of tries then eventually used little divot with right hand to get right foot into crack and get up to break. Got foot higher and got penultimate break, bit green and dirty made it feel spicy, topped out directish but used jug on left. |
