Afternoon. Day after Haytor Heller so just taking it easy. Brushed and cleaned a load of stuff. Repeated Hard Candy Stand and Candy Floss 1st try. Onsighted Widecombe Wanderer Low then went and got pads and onsighted Widecombe Wandered Original. Started on left of block to extend the start. Tried Hidden Jug, couldn't reach first jug around arete from the fine grained jug at the bottom of the crack. Tried from shelf getting right hand at bottom of crack, leading out, getting left hand jammed higher the reaching around but still couldn't reach. Crack wet and dirty but legs at full stretch anyway. Repeated Candy Floss Stand again and repeated Beauderline Arete (starting from holds below break, made a meal of the top out) & Slab Wall first try. Repeated first try Bell Slab and continued up Flakey Roof. Tried Narrow Front Face, initially with left hand on hold around left arete which was hard then from a bit more to the right. Pieced sequence together and did it. Start hard, sharp small hand holds and the top was quite crunchy and scary trusting weight on potentially snappy crystals.
