The Castle is looking for an Operations Manager! This is a great opportunity to work in a lead role, running the day-to-day operations within the Centre.
The Role
This is a key role within the Castle, ensuring the highest standards of safety and customer service are maintained throughout the centre. The Operations Manager will work closely with Front of House and Management teams, supporting the teams and ensuring the smooth running of the centre.
As a lead role at the Castle, the Operations Manager will ensure a great environment for both customers and an engaged and positive staff team, looking for continual improvement in our facilities and contributing to the future development of the business.
The Person
The successful individual will need to be self-motivated and confident leading a team, with experience of working within a climbing centre or sports facility of a similar size. A dynamic individual who is pro-active and solution orientated, you will take ownership of your role and have experience of and a practical understanding of Health and Safety legislation, specifically within sports facility management. This is a great role for someone looking to develop in this industry who is already working within a similar or relevant role.

Based in Stoke Newington, the building itself is a Grade II listed Victorian water pumping station, with outdoor boulders, shop/cafe and community gardens.
